• Units are individually alarmed! What does this mean? You must enter your privately selected gate code into the "entry" keypad in order to access the property. This code will deactivate your unit alarm while the gate opens for you to enter. When ready to leave the property you must enter your gate code into the "exit" keypad, which will re-activate your unit  alarm while the gate opens for you to exit. If an attempt is made to open any unit door WITHOUT the corresponding gate code being entered, the alarms will sound on the property and in the office which immediately notifies staff of the intrusion.
