We are proud to offer the following sizes & rates:

 

  •  5 X 10's =  $90    per month

  •  8 X 12's  = $110  per month

  • 10 X 10's = $115  per month

  • 10 X 20's = $155  per month

  • 12 X 24's = $205  per month

 

* All measurements are approximate

* All units require a non-refundable $5 administration fee

* All units require a refundable $20 performance deposit

  

 

 

 

Outdoor RV / Boat Storage

 

Outdoor Space Rates Are As Follows...

 

  • $65 for items up to 25 feet in length

  • For items over 25 feet in length, there is a charge of  $2 per foot in addition to the initial charge of $65

 

Our RV/Boat/Vehicle storage policy is as follows...

 

  • RV/Boat/Vehicle must be currently registered and in the name of the person renting the storage space.

  • RV/Boat/Vehicle must be clean and in good working order.

  • RV/Boat/Vehicle must be brought to the office to pass inspection before a space can be rented.

  • All DMV paperwork must be presented before a space can be rented.

 

    **We apologize but there are no exceptions.
