  • When is rent due and late charges applied?

       Rent is due on or before the 1st of each month and is considered late on the 2nd. There is a 10 day

       grace period with a $10.00 late fee applying on the morning of the 11th.


  • Where are you located?

       We are located just north of town at 2330 Industrial Ct., Clearlake, CA 95422, off Hwy 53 and

       Oguliln Canyon Rd., near La Rosa Plaza.


  • What are your office hours?

       Our office hours are Tuesday- Saturday, 9:00 A.M. to Noon and 1:00P.M. - 4:00 P.M.  We are closed

       on Sundays Mondays and Major Holidays.


  • Is there a minimum lease that I must commit too?

       There is no minimum. Our units and RV spaces are rented on a month-to-month basis.


  • Must I give you a 30 day notice of my intent to move out?

       No notice is required.


  • Do you require a security deposit?

      Yes. Our deposits are $20 which is fully refundable at move-out provided the unit is empty and

      swept out with no damages or money due.


  • Do you sell insurance?

      No. We offer information from an independent company to purchase insurance on your own if

      you elect to. You can also check with your renters or homeowners to add to policy.


  • Do you provide locks or must we provide our own?

      The customer provides their own lock. We offer two types of heavy duty locks in the office to buy.


  • Do you accept credit card payments?

      Yes. We accept Visa and Mastercard.


  • Do you offer some kind of automatic payment?

      Yes. This option is available on the 1st through 10th of every month, you choose which date is more



  • Can you access the units at any time?

       No. Gate access hours are from 6:00 A.M. - 9:00 P.M.  Access is available all year long,

       365 days. Power outages can affect access. Check at office.
